Any subsequent month(s) have a 10% discount off the daily rate. The above rates are based on an occupancy of 1 or 2 people. There is an additional daily fee of $15.00 for each additional person. The total maximum occupancy is 4 persons per unit. All rates are subject to applicable Florida taxes, and subject to change without notice.

What's included...

Rates include daily maid service (except Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays), cable TV, and all utilities, including local telephone usage. Outgoing long distance calls are not available on our system. These calls may be completed using a pre-paid telephone card. Gratuity for maid service is not included in these rates.

Reservation Details

Check In is at 3pm, Check Out is at 11am on the day of departure.

For reservations made in advance, a deposit of 20% of the total rental fee is required when the reservation is made and confirmed. An additional 30% deposit is required forty-five (45) days prior to arrival. For reservations not made that far in advance, a single 50% deposit is required. Upon arrival, the balance of the bill, plus all applicable Florida taxes, is due and payable. If damages occur, other than through normal wear and tear, or if property is lost, the cost to repair or replace such property will be your personal responsibility. A procedure is in place to accomodate the collection of these funds.
