Rate Schedule
Rates include daily maid service (except Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays), linen service, internet access, cable TV, all utilities, local telephone service, and parking. Rates do not include state and local taxes or gratuity for maid service. All rates are subject to applicable Florida taxes, and subject to change without notice.

Eastwind Beach Club is closed for rentals from July 16 – Sept 30 for repairs and maintenance.
We have a strict 7 night minimum.
Rates above do not include taxes.
A 5% discount is applied to those who stay with us 28-55 nights.
A 10% discount is applied to those who stay with us 56-83 nights.
A 20% discount is applied to those who stay with us 84 nights or more.
The total maximum occupancy is 4 persons per unit.
