Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits and fees will not be refunded by Eastwind in cases of illness, death, weather, or travel-related emergencies. Because deposits are generally non-refundable once paid, Eastwind highly recommends that all guests purchase trip insurance when booking is confirmed, and deposits are paid. Trip protection/cancellation insurance is available online or via a travel agent. Travel Guard™ and Allianz are examples but there are many providers available. Eastwind has no affiliation with any travel agent and/or travel insurance provider. All guests are responsible for their own travel insurance. Travel insurance is the sole source for reimbursement in such an event. Specific coverage questions should be directed to a travel insurance agent or company, and not to Eastwind.

Important Notes Regarding Cancellations

If Eastwind is unable to accommodate a guest’s schedule or unit preference during August, Eastwind will refund the reservation request fee.
